The StrongerMemory program at Goodwin Living has been shown to improve memory for people with mild cognitive decline. Try it today!  

1. Solve simple math problems by hand with a paper and pencil - 10 minutes each day.

2. Read out loud -10 minutes each day.

3. Write or journal using paper and a pencil -10 minutes each day.
